3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, audio, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Right Voice Casting and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.
4. AI and Voice Cloning Policy
Unauthorized use of any voice recordings, including but not limited to AI training, cloning, or synthesis, is strictly prohibited. Any approved AI-related use must be agreed upon in writing and in compliance with our AI Rider policy.
5. Payments and Fees
All fees, rates, and payment terms are outlined in individual agreements. Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Talent and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details. Talent is responsible for delivering work in accordance with the agreed specifications. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Voice Casting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
